The on-going litigation involving New Jersey's plans to allow licensed sports books recently picked up steam. Multiple pleadings (with dozens of exhibits attached thereto) were filed last week. In the course of finishing up a 30,000+ word law review article that is tangentially related to the lawsuit, I pored through hundreds of pages of documents from the case.
