I was in New York City last week to be filmed for a segment on Katie Couric's ABC show airing today (Monday Feb. 11). The show features Katie's interview with Sue Paterno, the widow of former Penn State coach Joe Paterno. I appear towards the end of the show to provide legal commentary.
