Last week, I spent a couple of days in Bristol, Connecticut to help investigate Aaron Hernandez's background--Bristol is where he grew up--and, along with Pete Thamel and Greg Bedard, interview persons about his past, his upbringing and the terrible situation he is now in. I'm honored to have provided special investigative reporting for the article "A Murder In Massachusetts", which is on pages 40 - 44 of this week's issue of
Sports Illustrated (July 1, 2013 issue) and which is brilliantly written by Pete and Greg, both of whom originally broke the story on the Hernandez for SI.
